Bernadette de Lavernette ensures a handcrafted production of jams, marmalades, jellies, chutney and chocolate fondant. The fruits are hand-picked and carefully selected at perfect maturity so as to keep all the flavours. Preparation and cooking of the fruits follow strict traditional methods in order to capture the maximum aroma and taste. Thanks to her experience and know-how, Brigitte Billardey has been awarded many times at the Paris Chocolate Fair awards with the International Excellence Prize.
