A multi-concept gourmet playground located on the first level of InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay, Publico comprises a trio of Italian experiences – a daytime gourmet delicatessen, Publico Deli, which transforms in the evening to Marcello, an Italian craft cocktail bar and night time diner, as well as the riverside restaurant and bar, Publico Ristorante. Innovative spaces emanate the lively atmosphere of a vibrant venue in the day yet are versatile enough for transformation into a sophisticated cocktail party scene at night, with moving walls hidden cabinets and thick velvety curtains. All venues at Publico are available for private buy-out. An on-site Event Curator can be organised on request to tailor an event to all group sizes or dietary restrictions, specific décor, themes or entertainment, making it the ideal location for weddings, MICE events, birthdays, celebrations, and more.
