Tim's Fine Catering Services specialises in proffering fine delectable cuisine, such as cocktail canapé, live stations, buffets and sit-down luncheons and dinners for both corporate and private individuals. Our partners and past events are some of the most renowned brands in the world and Multinational Corporations. We are also a preferred catering partner of Singapore Tatler and Prestige publications, and the National Gallery Singapore. We are beyond thrilled and at the same time feel very humbled to be awarded "Best Caterer" consecutively in 2019 and 2020, honoured by Singapore Tatler's Best of Singapore – The Ultimate Lifestyle Guide to The Country's Finest. Hailing from the Netherlands, Chef Tim Meijers (Founder & Director of Tim's Fine Catering Services) began his culinary profession as a young apprentice at Muller, a one Star MICHELIN restaurant located in Groningen, owned by Chef Jean-Michel Hengge. Pursuing his culinary passion deeper, Chef Tim Meijers worked in many fine MICHELIN-starred restaurants, like Oud Sluis (3 Stars MICHELIN) in the Netherlands, Sketch (2 Stars MICHELIN) in London and Auberge de l’ll (3 Stars MICHELIN) in France. He was also the Head of Catering at Saint Pierre, a 2 Stars MICHELIN restaurant in Singapore. Now wealthy in experience, Chef Tim Meijers specialises in bespoke Modern French cuisine with a hint of Japanese influence.
